Add Aim to Claude.

Three ways depending on which Claude you use. All take about a minute. After you join, you'll be able to access all our public knowledge layers to see the power of Aim.

Recommended

One click. Opens Claude.ai with the connector pre-filled.

Add to Claude

After clicking, a few quick steps:

  1. Click Addon the “Add custom connector” dialog - the name (Aim) and URL (mcp.startaiming.com) are already filled in
  2. Click Connect. Claude usually opens Aim for you right after adding - if it doesn't, find it in your connectors list, select it, then click Connect
  3. Sign up for Aim (or sign in if you already have an account)
  4. Click Allow on the permissions screen

The connector then works on Claude.ai web, Claude Desktop, and the mobile apps. Available on Free, Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans.

First-time sign-in creates your Aim account if you don't have one already, and auto-joins you to all public knowledge layers. Rate limits are shared across every connected client.

Try a first question

Open a new chat and try one of these. Claude will call Aim on its own:

What language are SF VCs using on AI agents this week? Pull partner takes, podcast clips, and thesis posts.
pulls from the sf-vcs layer · partner-level quotes weighted to original voice.
Which S&P 100 CEOs have pushed back on AI agents this quarter? Pull earnings-call quotes and recent press.
pulls from the sp100-ceos layer · names CEOs, companies, and verbatim quotes from the last 90 days.

Trouble?

If the connector doesn't show up, check your client's MCP logs for an OAuth or transport error. The most common cause is an outdated client - make sure Claude Desktop and your claude CLI are on a recent build. Past that, write us at hi@aim.so.
